Do I have to give up coffee?
We ask you to step down from coffee before the cleanse and skip it during the protocol. Most clients find their energy stabilizes within three days and they don’t miss it.
Will I lose weight?
Most clients do, anywhere from 2–3 lbs up to 10–12 lbs. How much depends on what your body is holding onto and needs to release.
Can I do this with kids at home, or while traveling?
All three Renew cleanses (Core, Advanced, and Extended) involve the same kitchen time. The only difference between them is the supplements. If you’re traveling, plan on having access to a kitchen.
Is this safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. This protocol includes herbal supplements that aren’t formulated for pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you’re pregnant or nursing, choose Renew Core. It’s the Renew cleanse without the supplements, created to be pregnancy and breastfeeding safe.
What if I have a chronic condition?
Renew Extended and Renew Supplements are our protocols for chronic conditions, but we ask all clients with existing diagnoses to start with a free 15-minute consultation. Your safety comes first.
