Free U.S. Economy shipping on orders over $250.
Getting your order to you
Choose your speed at checkout: Economy is $7.95 and free on U.S. orders over $250, Standard is $25, and Express is $40. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
We ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations via USPS and DHL Express, with international rates calculated at checkout based on your address.
Need to update an address? Reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we may not be able to change it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email hello@thegutcenter.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
Most sales are final. Every product is sealed and inspected before it ships, so once a package has been opened we are not able to take it back.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@thegutcenter.com within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
If you think your situation warrants an exception, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we will take a look. Approved returns carry return shipping and a restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Lab tests work differently. Each kit is ordered from a third-party laboratory for the specific person named on the order, so testing orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If we do approve a return, the kit has to come back unopened, unused, unregistered and unactivated, in its original condition with all contents and packaging intact. Approved test returns carry return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Once an order has already gone to our laboratory partner, cancellation options may be limited, and any approved refund can be reduced by costs we have already incurred. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
