Do I have to give up coffee?
We ask you to step down before the cleanse and replace coffee with our chicory-cardamom brew during the protocol. Most clients find their energy stabilizes within three days and they don’t miss it.
Will I lose weight?
Some clients do, most don’t. The Renew cleanses are designed for gut repair, not weight loss. If your body releases water weight or recalibrates, that’s a side effect, not the goal.
Can I do this with kids at home, or while traveling?
Renew Core is the most travel-friendly. Advanced and Extended both require some kitchen time. We’ll send you a packing list and meal-prep guide so you’re set before you start.
Is this safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. Renew Core is the Renew cleanse without the supplements, and it was created to be pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. If you have any concerns, book a consultation first and we’ll walk through it with you.
What if I have a chronic condition?
Renew Extended and Renew Supplements are our protocols for chronic conditions, but we ask all clients with existing diagnoses to start with a free 15-minute consultation. Your safety comes first.
